I’ve created a dessert recipe that is easy to make and perfect for all ages.

It is perfect for holiday celebrations or just to share with your family.

You’ll need:1 cup all purpose flour2 teaspoons baking powder2 teaspoons salt1 cup sugar1 cup butter1 cup dark chocolate (or your favourite dark chocolate)1 cup almond milk2 teaspoons vanilla extract1 cup chocolate chips4 egg yolks2 eggs1 cup milk (or 1 cup)1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or a splash of water)Make the dough:Preheat the oven to 200°C (350°F).

Beat the butter with a mixer for 3 minutes until it is fluffy.

Add the flour, baking powder and salt and mix until the flour becomes a soft dough.

Form into a ball.

Roll out the dough into a thin rectangle.

Place it on a parchment lined baking sheet and place it in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the dough is just soft enough to touch the back of your hand.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden and crisp.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack.

Make the filling:In a saucepan, melt the chocolate and add it to the flour mixture.

Stir until the chocolate is completely melted.

Add sugar, butter, and almond milk.

Mix until the mixture is smooth.

Add the egg yolk and mix well.

Pour the mixture into the dough and bake for 5 minutes, or until the filling is just set.

Remove the dough from the pan and use a sharp knife to scrape off the excess dough.

Place the dough on a cookie sheet lined with baking paper.

Top with chocolate chips and decorate with the chocolate molds.
