It’s the second most-wanted edible fruit, after peaches, and has been around for centuries.
You can eat an avocado, or you can just slice up a bunch.

But the avocado is one of the most nutritious food groups out there, especially if you eat it well.
It is also one of those foods that you can easily adjust to make it better or worse for you.
For that reason, the average American eats just under five avocado servings per day, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
But what about people who want to be healthy?
There’s good news.
There’s also bad news.
We know that when it comes to avocado, people are getting their health care from different sources.
There are health centers, hospitals, health food stores, and restaurants that sell the fruit.
Some are also organic.

What’s in a serving?
A serving is about 4 ounces (about 15 grams) of fruit.
If you’re serving a salad, it might be around half a serving.
A slice of toast might be between two and three servings.

But it’s worth noting that a small serving of a lot of different fruits and veggies can give you very different health benefits than a small amount of one particular fruit or vegetable.
So if you think that the health benefits of a particular fruit are small, try swapping it for a smaller serving.
If you’re not eating fruit, you can eat other healthy foods, too.
You could try a smoothie, fruit juice, or some other low-fat drink, or try to add some other fruits to your meal.
Or if you’ve already eaten a lot, try a smaller portion of other fruits.
