Cut mango into wedges and scoop into a bowl.2.

Add sugar and water and stir well to combine.3.

Set aside.4.

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add maple syrup, apple cider, lemon juice, and vanilla.

Stir to combine and then heat until syrup has reduced by half.5.

Add mango and cook for about 3 minutes.6.

Remove from heat and stir in coconut oil, agave, maple syrup and lemon juice.7.

Remove saucepan from heat.8.

Set mango mixture aside.9.

Combine mango mixture with coconut oil and bring to a boil over high heat.

Reduce heat to medium-low and cook mixture for about 10 minutes or until mixture reaches a boil.10.

Set saucepan on low heat and bring mango mixture to a simmer.13.

Remove mixture from stove and let cool.14.

Combine lime juice, apple juice, maple sugar, agape and vanilla in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.15.

Set mixture aside in freezer.16.

Mix mango mixture, coconut oil with agave and lemon zings in a medium bowl until combined.

Add orange juice, lemon zesting and vanilla and mix until smooth again.17.
